Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

    Sliced grilled Lemon Herb Chicken breast


    Chicken breasts, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, and/or parsley), salt, and pepper.


    1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
    2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
    4. Serve with a fresh garden salad, sliced lemon and a glass of Sophie te’Blanche.
